9am - 10am:  Girls

10am - 11am:  Boys

Skill Sessions

*Practices will consist of skill development and game play

*Players will be grouped based on skill level

*Any practice that is canceled do to weather or coaching conflicts will not be rescheduled

*Grades are based on current school year at the start of the program

*All players must be fully equipped 

   -Boys: Helmet, gloves, elbow and shoulder pads, mouthpiece, cleats, cup

   -Girls: Lacrosse stick and goggles, mouthpiece, cleats 

*All players will need US Lacrosse insurance to register
